Training Information
The Wolves train twice a week, on Tuesdays and Sundays. You will need to make sure to bring with you:
- Pads, helmet and leg-sets (if you have them)
- A gumshield
- Boots suitable for the training surface (preferably moulded studs/trainers for Tuesdays, moulded/metal studs for Sundays depending on the weather)
- Suitable sports clothing
- Water (although it is provided)
- Your A-Game!
Tuesday
7.00pm – 9.30pm at Westwood Games Hall
Half an hour warm up on the running track, followed by kitted practice on the Tarkett (Astro surface). Bring trainers to warm up in and either trainers or moulded studs for kitted practice.
Sunday
12.00pm – 3.00pm at University House Field
Warm-up and kitted practice on turf, so bring suitable footwear (i.e. moulded studs for dry ground, metal studs for wet weather).
