Our Coaching Staff

Coach Phil Rodgers – Head Coach & Defensive Co-Ordinator

Coach Phil joined us for the start of the 2009/10 season, and immediately brought his famous enthusiasm and grit to the team, instilling a fighting spirit that helped the Wolves to one of the better defensive records over the first half of the season. With physical battles against Coventry, BNU, Oxford and Exeter, the never-say-die philosophy of our Head Coach drove us to victories in 3 of the 4 games.

Coach Phil has previously been Head Coach for the Derby Braves, an opponent for the Wolves in 2010/11, and still plays on the Defensive Line for the Staffordshire Surge. A career player, Coach Rodgers has the scars to prove he is a warrior in the trenches and is always keen to share his war stories of game past.
